Hi Guys!

I received the following update on Brent:"

"Hope all is well with each of you. It has been almost two weeks since I sent an update about Brent and family. I was out of town from Jan. 28-Feb. 6 and have just now caught up from being gone so long. Since I last wrote, they have been successful in working Brent off of the ventilator. He is breathing on his own and seems to be doing well with that."

"They have also incorporated physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) into his routine. Robyn has tried to establish some sort of routine in her life, but has not really been able to do so yet. There is a one mile walking path around the hospital, and on pretty days she tries hard to get a little exercise. Ryan was going to come home last weekend, but his car broke down just outside of Boston and he had to abandon the idea. It just seems like when it rains, it pours!"

"I know many of you have been so generous with your offers of food. Since it is only Robyn right now, Nina and Robyn have decided to cut the meals down to only once per week. Nina is trying to use all the different groups that have asked to provide food - community organizations, church, neighbors and friends. Both Robyn and Nina have asked me to pass along to you that the meals ARE VERY APPRECIATED. Robyn has said many times how nice it is to come home after a long day and find a home cooked meal in the cooler."

"Robyn also asked me to pass along to you that she is trying to write thank you notes to everyone, and if you have not been personally thanked, she's sorry and hopes to get to it soon. I told her that the thank you notes were the least of her obligations, but she wants to try to thank everyone! Some of you who have volunteered to cook have not been called yet, but Nina says rest assured that you will be called, she has not used anyone twice, there are
just so many people that love them. What a wonderful place we live in!"

"Thanks to each of you for your love, concern and most of all prayers."
