HARROGATE, Tenn. — The Melungeon Heritage Association (MHA), in partnership with Lincoln Memorial University, will sponsor 12th Union: A Melungeon Gathering in Harrogate, Tenn. (Cumberland Gap area). This year’s event topic is: The Ongoing Struggle of the Legacy of Oppression.
