This question may be answered in the affirmative today, but if delayed for several generations it may be forever too late.
'Taxation without representation' was the slogan that fired the colonists of 1776; 'states' rights' was the cry that called forth the determined resistance of the South in 1861, and 'making the world safe for democracy' was the thought that mobilized the resources of our land and hurried millions of our young men to arms when the rights of mankind were trampled upon. "
